About Phoenix Shift Coaching

Transformational organizational and leadership renewal guided by human-centered wisdom, systemic insight, and the Phoenix metaphor.

To guide leaders, teams, and organizations through meaningful renewal — helping them release patterns of burnout and fragmentation, realign with clarity and purpose, and build regenerative cultures that support sustainable performance and human flourishing.

Our Mission

Our Philosophy

At the core of Phoenix Shift Coaching is the belief that transformation begins within — within individuals, within teams, and within the deeper structures that shape how people relate, communicate, and co-create.

We work at the intersection of human development, relational coherence, and organizational systems to help cultures move from survival mode to intentional, purposeful growth.

Our approach integrates emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, systemic alignment, and regenerative principles that sustain momentum over time. Every engagement honors human dignity, inclusivity, clarity, compassion, and the inner power that allows individuals and organizations to rise renewed.

The Phoenix Story

The Phoenix symbolizes the ancient cycle of release, renewal, and rise.

It reflects the journey of individuals and organizations who experience burnout, fragmentation, or loss of direction — and who seek not just improvement, but rebirth.

The Phoenix Shift is the moment an organization chooses to shed outdated patterns, re-center on what matters, and rise with renewed clarity, cohesion, and energy.

It is the pathway from burnout to brilliance, from fragmentation to alignment, and from stagnation to sustainable performance.

This metaphor guides every stage of our work — renewal, alignment, integration, and the regenerative momentum that allows transformation to last.

Our Founder

OurlaineConstantPashley brings more than four decades of experience in education, leadership development, cultural systems, and transformational coaching. Drawing from a rich foundation in human development, Gestalt and NeuroLinguistic Programming principles, intercultural understanding, and organizational learning, she guides leaders and teams through meaningful and measurable change.

Her work is informed by advanced studies, including graduate degrees, trainings and ongoing doctoral research in quantum physics and systemic transformation. She integrates practical experience with theoretical depth to help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen relational coherence, and cultivate environments where people thrive.

With a compassionate and grounded presence, she supports individuals and organizations through high-stakes transitions, helping them uncover clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Our Approach

Our work blends human-centered leadership, cultural alignment, and systemic transformation.

We help organizations identify the root patterns that limit clarity and cohesion, release what no longer serves them, and integrate practices that sustain long-term effectiveness and wellbeing.

Through a structured and compassionate process, we guide leaders and teams to move: from fragmentation to coherence, from burnout to resilience, and from stagnation to purposeful momentum.

Every engagement is designed to foster clarity, relational intelligence, inclusivity and renewed organizational vitality.

If you or your organization are navigating absenteeism, burnout, fragmentation, patterns of circulating illnesses, uncertainty, or a desire for renewed purpose, for success, I invite you to begin a conversation.

Every transformation starts with one clear step — a moment of intention, courage, and of desired alignment.

Let’s explore how meaningful renewal can take shape for you, your team, or your organization.

About Phoenix Shift Coaching

Phoenix Shift Coaching was created for moments when staying the same is no longer possible — and the way forward is not yet clear.

My work is grounded in the belief that transformation does not begin with fixing, forcing, or pushing harder. It begins with awareness, safety, and the courage to listen inwardly.

I work with adults, leaders, and professionals who are navigating inner burnout, transition, or a quiet but persistent call for renewal — and who are, now, ready to meet that call with honesty, courage, and intention.

The Work Behind Phoenix Shift

Phoenix Shift Coaching is informed by decades of lived experience in education, leadership, research, and human development.

My work integrates reflective practice, systems thinking, and deep listening — shaped by years of working with individuals and institutions navigating complexity, burnout, and transformation.

I bring both intellectual rigor and human presence to the coaching relationship, holding space that is thoughtful, structured, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace and process.
